GDC Vijaypur Celebrates 79th Independence Day With Patriotic Fervor 2025

Government Degree College Vijaypur celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great zeal and patriotic spirit on its campus today. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Principal of the College, Dr. Ashu Vashisht followed by the soulful rendition of the National Anthem by students and staff. The atmosphere reverberated with pride and nationalistic fervor. In her address to the gathering, Dr. Ashu Vashisht highlighted the importance of Independence Day in remembering the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and reaffirming our commitment to the progress and unity of the nation. She encouraged students to uphold the values enshrined in the Constitution and contribute meaningfully to society. The event witnessed active participation from faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students, making it a memorable occasion filled with patriotic speeches. The program concluded with a vote of thanks and distribution of sweets among the attendees.
