SCREENED A DOCUMENTARY ON “CYBER ATTACKS” Cyber Jagrookta (Awareness) Committee of GDC Vijaypur screened a documentary on Cyber-attacks to aware students about various crimes and frauds related to our day to day life and also various solutions to overcome such crimes in our day to day life. The event began with the welcome address by Poonam Kundan (Convener, Cyber Jagrookta Committee) where she briefed the students about various cyber-crimes and its effects on all of us. She further focused on various preventive measures related to such crimes. A documentary on Cyber-attacks and its effects was displayed in the seminar hall of the college for the students to learn various preventive measures in the field of cyber-attacks. Displayed documentary highlighted online payments and various frauds during the online payments and how one can secure their payments and can keep their money safe from such frauds. Students of the college enthuasistically participated in the event. Principal of the College, Dr. Vandana Gupta congratulated the convener and the organising team for organising such an event on a very relevant topic in digital era. She further said that the documentary is very informative for all of us and further said the way of disseminating information through such documentary is very lucrative to the students. Formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Naseem Chowdhary (HOD English). The event was coordinated by Poonam Kundan (Convener, Cyber Jagrookta Committee) and co-coordinated by Dr. Shittal Sharma (HOD Mathematics).
